The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and BAS compliance. The role involves daily capture and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable/Contributions, daily reconciliation of bank accounts, reconciliation of fuel cards to system and invoices, generating and entering monthly Novated lease Invoices, managing Accounts Receivable/Contributions, initializing new Novated Leases and closing leases that terminate or end, administering contracts variances & terminations - early termination, natural termination, package adjustment, change of employer & lease transfer, general account enquires - invoicing & arrears, and preparing financiers' payments.
The successful applicant should have:
- BAS registration with the Tax Practitioners Board.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and MYOB experience.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a team environment.
