We seek an experienced administrator to support our property team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide systems support, site security administration, fleet coordination, document management, and compliance. They will also be responsible for intermediate financial administration, managing inboxes, and assisting with project administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance administration
  • Site security management: manage onboarding, offboarding, and transition tasks
  • Financial administration
  • Asset Management administration
  • Manage Property and Fleet Inboxes
  • Participate in meetings, debriefing, supervision, training, and forums
Requirements
  • Exceptional administration skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Sound financial understanding with demonstrable skills in financial analytics and data reporting
  • Effective communication skills including managing sensitive information
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
