Job Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring the bartender team to deliver exceptional service and cocktail expertise.
  • Optimizing bar operations to maximize efficiency during peak periods, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Crafting and evolving an innovative beverage program that reflects industry trends.
  • Managing beverage costs, implementing effective cost control measures, and driving profitability without compromising quality.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years in a senior bar management role within a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to elevate the guest experience, with a deep understanding of delivering luxury service that exceeds expectations.
  • Expertise in curating and managing premium beverage menus, with a strong grasp of industry trends and emerging innovations.

Remuneration Package
