Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of two years in a senior bar management role within a high-volume hospitality environment, ideally in a premium venue.

Expertise in curating and managing premium cocktail, wine, and spirits menus with awareness of industry trends.

Demonstrated ability to manage beverage COGS and drive profitability through pricing, promotions, and upselling while maintaining brand integrity.

Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing bar team and fostering a culture of excellence.

Strong organizational skills to streamline operations during peak service.

Ability to plan and execute high-profile bar activations and events in collaboration with marketing and operations.

Understanding of budget management, cost control, and P&L analysis with data-driven decision making.

Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and analytics tools to track performance and enhance guest experience.

Ability to represent the bar and brand externally, cultivating relationships with guests, suppliers, and industry influencers.
