
School Wellbeing Specialist

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of wellbeing programs.
- Provide direct student support, working with students from individual to whole cohort levels.
- Be an active member of the case management team, contributing to planning and intervention strategies that support student wellbeing and engagement.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for a motivated School Psychologist seeking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for provisional or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate high level interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Apply analytical and conceptual skills to issues identification, risk assessment and analysis, intervention, and evaluation.
