Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketing expert to drive and scale customer acquisition motions.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven growth strategies, setting ambitious and measurable goals for volume and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution from ideation and targeting to creative optimization and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven acquisition growth strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution from ideation and targeting to creative optimization and performance analysis.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative approaches that enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure channels are delivering against targets.

This is a high-growth company, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and isn't intimidated by ambiguity or change.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing.
  • Candidates should have experience in high-growth companies, preferably in SaaS, with an understanding of self-service flywheels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
  • Experience building performance marketing channels from scratch, balancing effort vs reward to prioritize impactful returns.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different projects.

This is a senior-level position, requiring a high degree of autonomy and independence. The right candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
