Key Responsibilities

  • Inbox Management: Respond to clients and contractors regarding their requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Document Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date documents and reports, including word orders and other administrative records.
  • Word Order Management: Manage and process word orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate records and information systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with industry/local suppliers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.
  • General Administration: Provide general administration functions as required, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.

Requirements
