About the Role:

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve tenancy applications
  • Manage advertising and marketing campaigns to promote available rental properties
  • Supervise execution of tenancy agreements and associated documents
  • Maintain regular communication with current landlords
  • Organize repairs and maintenance to managed properties and conduct periodic inspections
  • Conduct condition reports, vacating or final inspections, and open inspections
  • Authorize payments of client's outgoings
  • Track rent arrears and complete rent reviews
  • File all bond lodgements, transfers, and claims appropriately

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant industry qualifications (Agent's Representative Course or Cert IV in Property Services or equivalent)
  • Previous property management experience of at least 1 year

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agent's Representative Certification
  • Driver Licence
