Job Overview
The Claims Administrator is a key role within our organisation, responsible for managing a workload of insurance home and contents claims. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an office-based environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate assessment and resolution.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure Assessment Reports are thorough and comprehensive.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, facilitating open communication and addressing concerns promptly.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
