Telecommunications Rigger Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Rigger Team Lead to join our team at HRG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and team leadership for the maintenance, upgrades, and strengthening of structures.

About the Role
  • Interpreting technical design documents and installing equipment as per design
  • Assisting Technicians in installation, fault-finding, and rectification of equipment
  • Performing testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables

Our ideal candidate will have relevant tickets for rigging (basic being a minimum) and High Risk works, with experience working with Telstra, TPG, and Optus (4G/5G equipment). You will also have a strong understanding of HSE principles and a passion for driving a healthy and safe working environment.
