Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic cafe manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing cafe operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high productivity and quality standards.

They will also be required to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, assist with training and development of new staff members, and ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous hospitality experience, preferably as a barista.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
