Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at Leaf Cafe & Co Bondi, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses to optimize profitability and performance.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and proactive manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute innovative menu concepts and promotions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members are motivated to excel.
- Perform administrative tasks such as payroll processing, reporting, and budgeting.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $42.63 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
