Cafe Team Member Job Description

We're seeking Casual Cafe team members to deliver outstanding coffee, food, and service in a fast-paced work environment.

About the Role
  • Responsibilities include preparing and serving food and beverages to cafe standards.
  • Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
  • Restocking supplies and maintaining a well-presented front-of-house.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the cafe.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Barista/Cafe All Rounder.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Experience in food handling would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
