As a dynamic and experienced Program Manager, you will play a critical part in the development of Melbourne Airports 3rd Runway (M3R).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading successful delivery of assigned tasks within the M3R project
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective communication
  • Ensuring coordination of capital project activities across business units and program groups
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Project Delivery
  • Monitoring progress to meet APAM requirements in delivery of benefits
  • Engaging internal and external stakeholders through strategic communication
  • Escalating issues/ matters for direction as needed
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualified with experience in planning, development and delivery of projects in the Built Environment.
  • Aviation and airfield program/project management experience desired
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and legislation
  • Strong financial/commercial acumen including business case development
  • Ability to produce results within given timeframes
  • High level of motivation and proven experience driving project outcomes
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to make sound decisions and problem solve
