Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Officer

A top-performing Accounts Receivable/Credit Officer is required to manage daily customer payments and debtor accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile customer payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Regularly review debtor accounts for potential risks and initiate prompt follow-up actions
  • Preserve strong customer relationships while proactively managing outstanding invoices
  • Manage credit applications, conduct reference checks, and set up new customer accounts following credit approval
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
  • Familiarity with Pronto ERP software
  • In-depth knowledge of customer account processes and credit control principles
  • Certificate IV in Accounting (or equivalent qualification) highly regarded
