Job Title: Office Support Professional
Location: Sydney, Australia
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months with possible extensions
The Office Support Professional will be responsible for the general management of reception, office areas and administrative support as needed. Reporting to the Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and coordinate mail and deliveries
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy and equipment is working in conjunction with IT
- Set up meetings and functions in the office including ordering catering if required
- Maintain the kitchen area ensuring it is clean and tidy and all supplies are kept topped up
- Book couriers on request and issue access cards for both office and building
- Process expenses for Country Manager and process invoices
- Issuance of Visa Invite Letters
- Ordering business cards on request
Requirements:
- 8 hour shift
- Work Authorisation: Australia (required)
Benefits:
- Competitive daily rate $250-$300 per day
