We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Collector to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and building strong connections with local communities.
Key responsibilities will include collecting samples with care and attention, maintaining meticulous records for every patient and sample, delivering documentation within strict turnaround times, preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing, and liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers.
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a related healthcare background. Excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a high level of empathy, are essential.
