Job Title: Optical Assistant

About the Role:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To assist optometrists with eye examinations and provide support with dispensing eyewear.
  • To maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in the optical field.
  • A valid first aid certificate (or willing to obtain one).
