
Administrative Coordinator Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled office coordinator to join our team in Queensland. As an experienced administrator, you will work closely with the General Manager and Construction Managers on various daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing essential administrative support for the smooth operation of the office
- Preparing accurate and timely records for office-based employees, including timesheets and annual leave scheduling
- Assisting with onboarding processes for new employees and coordinating pre-employment medical appointments
- Organizing office equipment, including computers, network access, and mobile phones
- Preparing excel reports for the finance team and raising purchase orders
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with high-level communication skills, both verbal and written, who can work in a team environment or individually. A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality is essential, and experience in the construction/electrical industry would be highly desirable.
