
Strategic Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to spearhead our business development efforts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with partners, and possess a proven track record in partnership/affiliate coordination.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from a home office setup. They will have exposure to the residential construction industry and be familiar with building long-term connections and win-win relationships.
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential partners, setting up agreements, maintaining relationships, and providing partners with offers. They will also be responsible for selling sponsorship and advertising, managing sponsors/advertisers across all channels, and developing relationships with the construction media in Australia, NZ, Canada, and USA.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of partnership/affiliate coordination experience, excellent communication skills, exceptional detailed note-taking ability, and a fast and reliable device to work from.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and deliver advertising campaigns
Requirements:
- 5+ years of partnership/affiliate coordination experience
