Job Opportunity

This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs, identify product gaps, and deliver strategic solutions that meet the evolving demands of EHS professionals worldwide.

  • Cultivate relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to pinpoint pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize data-driven insights, customer feedback, and scoring frameworks to inform product development and prioritize features
  • Translate user requirements into clear product objectives, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop a business case for product enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics, and iterate as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within the organization for your products, their capabilities, and market positioning
  • Interface regularly with Senior Leadership to report on product line performance
