Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, working closely with customers to deliver high-quality results.

The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of project definition, planning, and execution, developing detailed proposals, managing resources and schedules, and ensuring that deliverables meet contractual and stakeholder requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Survey & Quote (S&Q) projects from development through to submission.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Engage with customers to gather and clarify project requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope, cost, and deliver proposals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and improvements to stakeholders while driving continuous process enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in government, defence, aerospace, or IT sectors.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects in hybrid Waterfall/Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement.
