About the Role

This strategic analyst position involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations that sharpen our planning accuracy, deepen member understanding and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement annual strategic plans
  • Monitor market dynamics, including member behavior, competitive landscape and regulatory changes
  • Create dashboards, reports and presentations that distill complex information into impactful strategy narratives
  • Support performance reporting, including quarterly business reviews and member outcomes assessments
  • Lead customer insights initiatives, managing external research engagements and internal survey delivery
  • Develop and manage surveys across multiple platforms
  • Translate research findings into business-focused recommendations and operational strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement
About You

We are looking for a skilled analyst with:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in strategy, planning or research roles
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, business performance analysis and competitive benchmarking
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and experience interpreting complex data sets
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and digital survey tools
  • Able to craft high-impact reporting materials for senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field
