About the Role

Marsh is seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Service Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our brokers and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our brokers and clients, including the production of policy and related documentation.
  • Work closely with our operations team to drive standardization of processes and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions, including invoices, quotations, and premium calculations.
  • Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance and relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other computerized systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated self-starter with a focus on achieving results.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar broking/operational role.
