Job Title: Civil Project Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our civil team, you will be responsible for leading project delivery from concept design through to construction, ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage project risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the consulting or engineering industry.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
  • CPEng/NER accreditation.
  • Registered Design Practitioner or on pathway to achieve.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams and projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A track record of driving business performance through technical and commercial contributions.
