About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our external engagements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams including Research, Product, and Sales, serving as a proposal coordinator for responding to identified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Finance, as well as external partners and funding agencies, to gather necessary information.
  • Managing opportunity tracking and metrics for internal reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal team members and external partners to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and expenditure records in conjunction with Operations and Finance teams.
  • Implementing risk management strategies using standard project management principles throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • A science-focused degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Two to three years of direct project coordination experience, preferably supporting hardware engineering or product development work.
  • Experience in responding to external funding opportunities, such as grants, proposals, tenders, or other funding announcements.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical jargon into compelling proposals and post-award presentations.
