The Purpose

As the Member Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing consultation and engagement with external stakeholders, responding to feedback from members and the RBA. You will streamline and coordinate engagement activities, manage contact lists, and select effective channels (email, survey, or meetings). You will work with internal stakeholders to leverage insights to refine consultation, communication, and coordination strategies.

Core Accountabilities

• System and tool management to coordinate and maintain Contacts and Lists, provide support and education across the business as needed.
• Member touchpoint management with survey creation and coordination.
• Member session and calendar coordination.
• Multilateral member communications.
• Acting as a key conduit on member consultation processes with internal stakeholders.
• Ongoing process improvement engagements, member impact analysis and required reporting.

Capabilities

• 2+ years' experience in a similar member engagement or business administration and stakeholder management role.
• Broad knowledge of payments technology or the financial industry sectors.
• Proven ability to manage, update, and audit contact and list databases.
• Experience generating reports and analysing data for stakeholder reporting and decision-making.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external members; acting as liaison during consultations.
• Tailor messages for diverse member groups and internal stakeholders across multiple channels.
• Experience scheduling, planning, and managing logistics for member sessions, meetings, or workshops.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines across different areas (systems, communications, meetings).
