Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with Hiring Leaders to define specific roles, locations, and functional areas.

They will also develop a sourcing plan for corporate, volume, and graduate hiring roles, as well as work on external employer branding, vendor management, research, and analysis while providing best-in-class stakeholder management experience and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with Hiring Leaders to identify, source, and manage end-to-end hiring activities.
  • Represent the brand in external forums, develop engagement initiatives, and leverage alumni support.
  • Sourcing: Identify effective sourcing channels, post job openings, and understand the best way to source requirements.
  • Manage stakeholders, deliver best-in-class candidate experience, and lead senior-level hiring programs.
  • Research, Analytics & Benchmarking: Analyze historical trends, lead benchmarking initiatives, and recommend best practices for talent acquisition.
  • Partner with vendors, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to recruitment standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment in an agency environment or internal, preferably within similar industry (Information Technology)
  • Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Recruitment experience in graduate hiring is preferred but if you bring experience across hiring in sales, corporate, and IT hiring we would like to hear from you
  • Strong sourcing strategy experience including proactive sourcing
  • Experience of working with different sourcing platforms
  • Experienced with stakeholder management and managing difficult conversations
