We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Attracting Top Talent:
  • Develop innovative recruitment processes and employment branding activities.
  • Provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders through a consultative style on attraction, selection and hiring.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an internal environment or managing a high-volume desk within a recruitment agency.
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a high volume and fast pace, well-versed in all strategic and operational components of internal recruitment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities in face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to ensure workloads are effectively managed and prioritized.
