Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive floor sales and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve results
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
