Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering Windows Servers, Active Directory, SQL clusters, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Managing client IT infrastructure using Autotask and Datto RMM (N-central)
  • Supporting system upgrades, deployments, and project work in an agile environment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving client IT issues efficiently

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Management, and SQL Cluster Administration is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a complex IT environment, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint would be advantageous.
