INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

MICROSOFT 365 / AD / SHAREPOINT / INTUNE / SQL

• Hands-on with Windows Servers, AD, SQL, Clustering, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune
• Exposure to Autotask, Datto RMM/N-central, FortiClient & MFA

Based in Sydney, we are a busy MSP seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support client IT environments. You'll maintain Windows Servers, AD, SQL clusters, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with system improvements and deployments.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Administering Windows Servers, AD, SQL clusters, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune
• Managing client IT environments using Autotask and Datto RMM (N-central)
• Supporting system upgrades, deployments, and project work
• Troubleshooting and resolving client IT issues efficiently
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience in an MSP environment
• Exposure to Datto RMM / N-central / Autotask
• FortiClient and MFA configuration knowledge
• Cloud administration experience (Azure/Intune)
