The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to provide stable financial oversight, drive process improvements, and ensure business continuity during a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage payroll, reconciliations, and audit processes.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making across the business.
  • Oversee the property and investment portfolio.
  • Drive efficiencies in financial systems and reporting through ERP optimization.
  • Lead and mentor two finance staff and partner with cross-functional teams.
About You

You are a CPA or CA-qualified finance professional with demonstrated leadership in complex or multi-faceted environments, preferably with a property focus. You bring both strong technical acumen and a commercial mindset, along with a collaborative approach to team and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong ERP systems experience, with a track record of identifying and delivering process improvements.
  • Excellent financial planning, analysis, compliance, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to guide and mentor a small team while working closely with senior leadership.
  • High attention to detail, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to the management of a significant property portfolio (highly regarded).
