Job Title:

Property Finance Coordinator

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the finance administration function, providing support to the Centre Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage rental arrears collection processes
  • Assist with day-to-day rent collection operations and ensure timely payment processing
  • Complete monthly rent roll processing, including issuing tenant invoices and raising monthly charges
  • Process workflows and ensure accurate financial data management
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in finance administration and collections
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
