About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Home Care Worker, providing personalized support and care to individuals in their own homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry
  • Providing social support and companionship to help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Transporting clients to lifestyle activities and appointments
  • Supporting clients with personal care needs, such as bathing and dressing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also require:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • A National Police Check and Working With Vulnerable People check
