Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering low-risk driver training workshops and on-road training to diverse client bases.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement delivery of road safety and awareness programs within organisations.
  • Maximise the learning experience by delivering highly engaging and professionally facilitated workshops and on-road training.
  • Provide high standard front-line customer service to learners and industries.
Key Requirements
  • Motivated self-starter with clear communication skills.
  • Aptitude for training and coaching.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facilitation and/or driver training.
Certifications Required
  • TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Road Licence Classes LR, MR, HR and HC Licenses.
  • TLI41218 - Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Driving Instructor).
About This Role

This position requires a unique blend of skills, including the ability to deliver engaging workshops and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and facilitation, as well as a passion for road safety and education.

The successful candidate will be required to hold current TAE40116 credentials and possess industry-recognised certifications in transport and logistics. A minimum of 5 years' experience in driver training and facilitation is also essential.
