Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales representatives on activities with prospective customers.
  • Conduct 'pain discovery' to understand customer needs and articulate suitable solutions.
  • Develop, present, and deliver impactful solution demonstrations.
  • Manage the customer's evaluation process of our products and solutions.
  • Conduct proof of value or concept sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, including presales, consultancy, development, or support roles.
  • Excellent presentation, public relations, and training skills in a technical environment.
  • Technical knowledge across technologies such as SQL, databases, operating systems, email, web, FTP, web services, JSON, XML, cloud providers, big data, or encryption; experience in scripting or development is a plus.
