Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in leading and delivering transformation programmes which improve citizen and employee outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive improvements in citizen and employee outcomes.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and develop business cases for new services or ways of working.
  • Designing and implementing operational models for government agencies, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing strategic plans and executing complex procurements to meet the needs of government clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and applying them to drive innovation and excellence in government services.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience in management consulting, particularly in areas such as technology-enabled transformation, digital and data, project delivery, operational excellence, customer experience, and strategy and policy.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how Australian Commonwealth and State Governments operate, including sectors such as Central Government, Health, Justice & Social Services, Transport, Education, National Security & Defence, Sustainability and Climate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
