About the Opportunity:

The L3Harris Manager Program Management Office (PMO) provides program governance, oversight, systems, processes and tools to enable program success for Customers and Stakeholders whilst achieving organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide stewardship of Program/Project Managers responsible for executing programs.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, processes, and tools across the organisation.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of programs within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Provide governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects.
  • Establish PM training and development programs.
  • Maintain and support program portfolio customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Capture and report on program performance.
  • Manage delivery of contracted documentation, information, and equipment.
  • Manage performance of subcontractors and assist in establishing procurement sourcing processes for vendors and subcontractors.
  • Establish resource management frameworks and monitor and control.
  • Responsible for contracted L3HCA programs performance.
  • Responsible for Program EACs, PMRs, and reporting.
  • Responsible for Program scheduling and cost monitoring and control.

Requirements:

  • Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department program/project teams or manage across the function.
  • Mastery within PM function, broad expertise across IT, Information Management, and Business Intelligence.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
