Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager

We are seeking a seasoned contract administrator to oversee the execution of post-award contracts.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure contractual compliance and project alignment.
  • Review and process contractor invoices and manage claims to avoid disputes.
  • Lead contract closeout activities, including final modifications and outstanding issues resolution.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer post-award contracts to ensure contractor productivity and schedule adherence.
  • Manage complex contract packages and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Craft and implement effective strategies for contract management.
  • Ensure timely completion of contract tasks and deliverables.

The successful candidate will have expertise in EPC/EPCM projects and the ability to work well under pressure. They should be able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
