Senior Contract Manager

This role provides customer-focused administrative, procurement, financial, and contract management support to the Contracts team within Networks and Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of project-related contracts, including coding, invoicing, logistics, and correspondence preparation using established templates and standards.
- Monitor contract progress, timelines, and values, while supporting the preparation of purchase order and contract variations.
- Support financial processes by tracking expenditure against budgets, processing payments, and managing requirements such as Project Bank Accounts and Bank Guarantees.
- Contribute to project delivery by providing contract administration and project officer support, while coordinating contractor performance evaluations and preparing reports for the Procurement Branch.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in contract administration, procurement, and financial practices within the State Public Sector.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, meet deadlines, and drive improvements.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
