Regional Procurement Manager - Asia Pacific

At Aggreko, we empower communities and businesses to thrive by providing innovative energy solutions. We're seeking a seasoned Regional Procurement Manager to lead our Asia Pacific team in executing global category strategies and driving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans that maximize category supplier utilization and ensure uniform standards across vendors.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams, including Procurement Managers, Leads, and Specialists, to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and execute plans for developing renewable energy supply chains, leveraging scale and optimizing procurement processes.
  • Oversee regional compliance to procurement processes and policies, ensuring seamless handoffs to the business and BPO.
  • Provide insightful procurement data and KPIs to drive decision-making and cost assessments, driving accuracy of master data on regional suppliers, contracts, and materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending innovative ways to deliver regional procurement activities, including implementation of new software and systems.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in professional procurement roles, preferably in renewables, with leadership experience and people management skills.
  • Proven track record of implementing procurement strategies and delivering value through sourcing activities.
  • Demonstrable understanding of key suppliers and supply market dynamics.
  • Sound understanding of supply chain and commercial risk management, including contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Proactive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High levels of integrity and accountability.
