Job Description

Property Network of Australia is seeking a highly skilled Regional Workplace & Property Lead (APAC) to oversee a diverse corporate portfolio across the region. This exciting opportunity is a for an initial 6 months covering a maternity leave, and the role can be based in either Brisbane or Perth CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring safety and high performance of assets and contractors.
  • Deliver workplace projects, transactional work, and curate modern, efficient workplaces.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Workplace & Facilities Management to execute and manage contracts aligned with site objectives and strategy.
  • Monitor and manage operating budgets, contributing to capital planning for the regions.
  • Regularly report on operational and capital performance, workplace metrics, and more.
  • Embed a safety and risk culture through effective change management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Property, Commerce, or Facilities Management preferred.
  • Strong experience leading large, diverse property portfolios.
  • Practical experience with procurement practices and supplier relationship management in a large organisation.
  • Demonstrated track record in embedding safety culture across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
