Leading Physiotherapist Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead the launch of a new allied health division.

This is a senior role blending clinical expertise, Clinical Pilates instruction, and strategic leadership of a new service stream. The individual will manage their own caseload, guide the integration of rehab with existing yoga and Pilates pathways, and help shape the long-term direction of care within a wellness environment.

The successful candidate will play a future-facing role: mentoring junior clinicians as the business grows, and contributing to the development and potential ownership or equity share of this new arm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional 1:1 musculoskeletal physiotherapy in a studio-integrated setting
  • Design and lead Clinical Pilates rehab programs (small group + private)
  • Collaborate with yoga/Pilates teams to create movement-integrated recovery plans
  • Help recruit and mentor future team members (EPs, junior physios, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal instructors and external referrers
  • Shape clinical operations, service pathways, and growth milestones
Requirements

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Fully qualified Physiotherapist with registration and insurance
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in MSK physiotherapy or private practice
  • Certified in Clinical Pilates (e.g. APPI, Polestar, DMA, or similar)
  • Confident delivering both 1:1 rehab and small-group Clinical Pilates
  • Strong communicator with a warm, client-centered approach
  • Ready to take initiative, contribute ideas, and help shape a new model of care
