Leading Physiotherapy Specialist

The Senior Physiotherapist role provides a unique opportunity to develop and deliver physiotherapy services in ICU settings.
As a key member of the Physiotherapy Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients and contributing to the development of individuals, teams, and services through effective leadership and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage caseloads, including coordinating staff and resources
- Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Supervise students and Grade 1 staff, providing guidance and support
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Registration to practice as a physiotherapist in Victoria
- Advanced knowledge and skills in physiotherapy, particularly in ICU settings
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-time employment with 5 weeks annual leave
- Flexible hours available upon negotiation
