About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader to join our community as a Director of Service.

This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a fantastic culture with fun, support, and a structured 5-week induction program.

  • Foster strong relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire, and delight.
  • Build a close relationship with the school and partner on events and community engagement.
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of passionate educators.
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation efficiently.
  • Be the key liaison between TeamKids and your school community.
