Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Director of Service to join our vibrant and dynamic team. As the leader of our before, after, and holiday care programs, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for children every day.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with flexibility to work from home between service times. Our 5-week induction program will set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with schools and partner on events and community engagement
  • Plan and deliver enriching experiences every day
  • Foster fun relationships with children and their families
  • Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • A natural leadership style with attention to detail
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
