Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of dedicated teams at your designated port.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of Safety, Security, Quality and Productivity metrics
  • Leading investigations and reporting on any incidents involving our services

You will also be responsible for managing close relationships with supplier partners and customer teams, reviewing business performance cycles and fine-tuning efficiencies, and managing localized supply chain and product development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated success in a similar commercial and operational role, with high-level B2B relationship management skills and strong leadership and communications skills.
