Job Title: Senior Customer Service Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service management or team leadership roles, preferably within the automotive industry.

  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of customer service specialists, fostering high performance, continuous improvement and technical knowledge sharing.
  • Develop customer service policies to enhance the entire customer experience and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide daily direction and coaching to ensure your team is equipped to handle complex technical inquiries and provide accurate advice.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced environments with strong focus on coaching and mentorship.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clientele and liaise effectively with internal staff.
