- You will provide transaction and compliance-based valuations of businesses, shares, and financial instruments.
- Develop Independent Expert Reports (or Fairness Opinions) for shareholders regarding the terms of proposed transactions.
- Prepare Financial reporting and tax-related valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing, and employee and executive share options.
- Offer General corporate finance and M&A advice, including cost of capital analysis, capital management, and deal value analysis.
- Conduct Portfolio business reviews to identify improved business performance and investment analysis to inform key investment choices.
- Coach a team of talented juniors to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
